How far in advance should I contact you?

Depending on your trip duration, and when you initially reach out, expect to have sample itineraries emailed to you within 1-2 weeks.

If planning a spur-of-the-moment trip (WE LOVE THAT IDEA) contact us, and we can work out a 1-2 day option with an additional processing fee.

Is payment due upfront?

We charge an initial deposit (sliding scale), and the half of payment is due before receiving sample itineraries. The rest will be due after selecting your curated expedition, and before we book! This ensures our planners are compensated appropriately, as we all know the energy to create a trip can be time consuming.

What if I don’t like the itineraries sent to me?

No problem! We know how intimate a vacation can be, and we are here to help. Our process involves really getting to know individuals, so we can come up with something you are really stoked about! If you’re not happy about your itinerary options, we will refund you half of your trip cost. (not including the initial deposit).

What if my travel plans change?

We understand that time-frames shift with unexpected life events. If you are unable to make your trip, you are responsible for fees associated with third party bookings. (ex. hotel, car rental, or permit fees associated.)

If plans shift dates, we can try our best to communicate with existing reservations to move things around. Please note; with COVID-19 impacting a lot of 2020 travel, 2021 is expected to be a busy year and may not allow much flexibility in travel changes.
